Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VahanStatus, we strive to ensure that our services perform flawlessly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules regarding refunds for wallet top-ups and plan purchases.

1. Wallet Recharges

All recharges made to the prepaid wallet are final. Since our services are consumed on a per-query basis, we do not offer refunds once a top-up is completed successfully through our payment gateway. Please ensure you recharge with the correct amount.

2. Failed Queries

If a query fails due to a system error or API timeout and the search fee is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded back to your prepaid wallet balance instantly. If the refund is not credited, you can contact us at hello@vahanstatus.in with your transaction ID.

3. Account Cancellation

You may stop using our services and close your account at any time. However, any remaining balance in your prepaid wallet is non-refundable and non-transferable.
